Hey I am new to the site. I have been lucid dreaming for 15+ yrs and have only just discovered that there is actually a name for it! I didn't realize that this was so common and well documented. I am so glad I've found the site and looking forward to learning lots more about dreaming.
I would appreciate if anyone with experience could maybe have a chat with me and let me describe to them some of my dreams as I would like to know if I am actually dreaming or visiting other dimensions.
Hi and welcome! There's a theory that when we're dreaming, we're visiting another plane of existence. Some people believe that Shared Dreaming is true, but science has never proven it. There's alot of theories out there and none can't really be said to be 100% false, but I myself don't believe in most of them.
Check out the Beyond Dreaming section. It's got alot of threads filled with what you're probably looking for :)
