A Wild Snorlax Appeared!
Hey guys, now that the summers here, I finally had time to make this account and focus on LD. I look forward to being an active member here. I do have a few questions though
1) Does it usually feel very overwhelming when you first discover the concept of LD? It almost seems to good to be true, like finding a new world in your head.
Actually, that seems to be the only question I can think of at the moment, thanks for your time.

Well, my first LD that was an actual LD ( my ninth one) and it was awesome :D it feels like real life only with the ability to do anything you want :D
btw Welcome to DreamViews :D ( I love Snorlaxs)

Hi and welcome! The reason why most beginners wake up immediatedly after realising they're dreaming, is because of that fact. They get too excited and wake themselves up. Just relax when you get Lucid and you'll get better and better at staying in the dream over time.
If you come up with more questions, ask away!

When I first started I also asked the same question.
Lucid dreams can be as real as reality, as long as you practice stabilization once you start getting them :)
