Hello everyone!
I've been a bit shy lately, just lurking about. I think I had my first lucid dreaming experience last night, accidentally. I was doing a lot of reading about it yesterday, and I think that may have triggered it. However, I did overexcite myself and wake up. >.<
I am hoping to learn a lot more about dreams and lucid dreaming here in this community.

Like Raphael said, Puffin's guide is great! There's no "best" techinque out there really, and most things are individual. It's just a matter of intentions and awareness.
