Hi I'm Katniss!

Hi I'm katniss,

I'm new here obviously, and I came here so I could get some help, answers, and feedback on my weird dream life. I'm not sure what exactly happens when I sleep, but I've had some crazy and intsense experiences. I hope to get to know this site a bit better. I'm not sure what else to say or if I should put some of the stuff that goes on when I am asleep here. Some of the things I've experinced are frightening, but then I learned a little more about lucid dreaming and decided to explore it.

Now, what you're describing could be sleep paralysis or just nightmares. I can't tell with what you said, could you be more specific?
