Insomniac dreamer.

Hi, I know I have been registered for quite some time, but I mostly lurked. So I'm Mallardman, I can only sleep for around 1-5 hours a night (more likely 2-3): however when I do sleep my dreams are really detailed. I have had a few lucid dreams, only three. That is pretty much it. An explanation about why I dream vividly regardless of my inability to sleep would be nice. Other then that nice to be here. :)

I think you body makes up for the lack of sleep by putting you into deep REM periods whenever you do sleep, thus making your dreams very vivid.
