Hi Kate! Welcome. You will find that I am one of the more 'out-there' people on dreamviews but I am always willing to answer questions and offer advice if it is asked for. I am also interested in learning about everything and I am sure you have something valuable to contribute. Have fun!
Hello there! I'm glad you decided to join back after the reset. It's always nice to have new people on the forums to talk with. You should definitely check out the Beginner's Guide.
Good luck on dreaming!
thanks for the warm welcome! i can't wait to start the process of lucid dreaming but first i have to get over this fear of sleep that seems to randomly pop up. hah
Yes, you do. I wonder what that is all about?
i'm not sure. i'm a very anxious person and the thought of my body lying in limbo for eight hours while anything could be going on around me is really hindering me from falling asleep right now. i'm just too scared.
Hi dawg, sorry about the crash, it's never happened before, and shouldn't happen again.
Just do a check of everything before going to bed. Make sure your door is locked, windows are closer. Should make you feel more secure and get over that. Also, if it puts your mind at ease, your mind is still fairly aware of your surroundings, it just doesn't make it available to your consciousness. If your mind hears something out of the ordinary while you are sleeping, it will wake you up, so you aren't defenseless while asleep.
