Ok... I´m from germany, and I try to have lucid dreams since the beginning of march now, but maybe I wasn´t motivated enough:(
I´m also active in the Austrian forum, and I heard about this site and now I´m just here:banana:

Welcome, food byproduct! Personally I prefer chicken (plus it's good for dreaming). If you started in March then you're only just beginning. There are several great guides here as well as people. I hope you stick around and post. The forums are awesome! :D
