Wink Hey I'm new so greet me thx :)

Like the title states I'm new here so hi.
I'm from the far away land of Canada and I'm very mad that my beloved froot loops now contain whole wheat and don't taste as good. Seriously, I might have to go back to eating captain crunch or cinnamin toast crunch or even *gaps* honey nut cheerios.

But I digress. I've had quite a few lucid dreams over the years when I was little and got into lucid dreaming a few years back. My old account stated that I registered in 2006. I probably got about 1-2 LD's a month when I was little, and 5-6 in my peak in 2007. These were all DILDs from regular sleep or the occasionally WBTB. I was never able to successfully MILD or WILD and I probably never will.

I decided to come back to the community because I'm really interested in polyphasic sleep and I'm aware that it generally increases lucid output. Since I'll probably be having more lucid dreams if I do successfully transition to it I figure I might as well improve my dream control, since it was very lacking before. Also I had a really awesome lucid dream a couple nights ago that reminded me how cool they are.

So yep, that's me. If anyone else is doing polyphasic sleep (even if it's just everyman) or can help me with dream control, and also dream vividness, send me a PM, I'd love to talk.

Ahh you'll get there. If you really want it, it will come.
Lucid dreams, at least simple DILDs, are so fun because unlike many other things in life (business, school, athletics) you can literally get it without practice, just by wanting it enough.

i decided to go with the dild method combined with all day awareness. wild wasnt really for me because my sleeping times can differ often. But sure enough within 1 month of trying it worked, was amazing and i wish i was able to make it last longer. after that i was kinda satisfied with the fact i had an LD and kinda drifted off for a couple weeks. now back to the point of no dream recall, so started back and square one and i wont let it out of my reach next time.
well i look forward to checking out your LD when it happens and gl!

Greetings I was on a polyphasic sleep schedule for a while. It is hard to get started, but amazing once you get into the groove. If you have a lifestyle that can accommodate it, I would highly recommend it. The dreams are incredible!
