Lucid dreaming!!!!!
There is no reason not to try this!!!!!
*All the work is done in your head, the furthest you have to go is keeping a dream journal!
*Look at it this way. why spend 6 years of your life doing nothing but sleep when you can do anything you want while you sleep!!!!
* So try it before questioning it!.......ive been doing this for nearly a month and thought to myself there is no extra work involved than normal (just replace pointless thoughts with thoughts of dreams)
*The best way to think of DREAMING is...................
everyone does it and everyone can use it to there advantage!!!!!
so when was the last time you had an in depth descusion about dreams........
* EXACTLY!!!!! SO..... this is the key, to be able to have dreams you are aware of and dreams you can control,,,,,,, you need to be more aware of them than.... "i had a really strange dream last night"........(which happens every so often).
*what i am saying is........ the only time most people talk about dreams is when they discuss "a crazy dream" or something along those lines.
*Being able to go further in to dreams is not as complicated as you think!!!!!......Think about dreams as often as you can, i have a watch that beeps every hour and by beeping i do a RC and by doing a RC i start my ADA........ all day every day!!!! (sounds like alot but trust me its nothing).
*By doing this will open a part of your mind that has always been there,,,, you just never knew how to activate it!!!!!!!:shadewink:

You don't have to sell us on the idea, we're already here, lol. Glad to see that you're enthused.

im not trying to sell the idea, im giving a simple breakdown of whats involved and posted it in the newbie section. So it can encourages people that have looked at the amount of tutorials involved (even though they are ALL helpfull and needed) and thought "too much work" it aint!!! lol

That's a very nice way to put it, have told myself the same thing many many times, unfortunately, every now and then i have these periods where i start losing focus and kinda forget what i'm "supposed" to be doing with my brain
