Hiya World
Hey everyone. My name is Vlad and I'm just a teenager. After watching Matrix, I decided to have a lucid dream and then, on my first night, I managed to have a semi-lucid dream for some seconds.
I am not a natural, but when I was in the primary school cycle I was. I lucid dreamed a lot but I never realized my powers, and I lost them. Now I have to practice, but it seems that because I was a lucid dreamer that time, I am able to learn quite fast. In my second night I managed to have a full SP, but my mom woke me up when I was transitioning to a dream. I have an interest in WILDing, but so far I've never been able to do this.
I managed to have an SP everytime I tried, but I can't seem to find a good anchor and I fell asleep while trying to WILD. Anyone has any sugestions?
Also, will I ever get my ability to LD every 2 or 1 nights back ever, like I was when I was little?

Welcome, Vlad. With practice you can get those stats up again, it'll just take some time. What anchor are you using right now? A good one is to use external ambient noise, like a running fan, or static from a clock radio.
You could also use physical sensations, like putting a marble under your body, or taping two fingers together.

So far I've used pain and breath. I will try to use the clock from now on, as breath didn't work for me and pain is not enough. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, I use an external noise anchor from time to time. Usually a running fan, but I have also used music/tv on a low volume. Both worked out well. Just make sure that the noise isn't too distracting and keeps you "connected" to your waking body. Like Raph said, just keep practicing and you will be able to get back into lucid dreaming with regularity. Good luck to you!

short answer is yes.
long answer is: depends on how hard you work on it and what work you do.
whats your recall like?

Well, at my first LD, it was only of some seconds, but now I just had an LD where I remembered some minutes. I think it was because as soon as I entered the dream I was semi-lucid, I knew something was wrong, and some seconds later I managed to find out it was a dream.
That dream was almost a WILD, but my anchor, as I said, was not good enough, but, thanks to it I managed to carry some of my counciouness with me in the dream. I will surely need a lot more more practice, though. I had 3 lucids in 4 nights, but they were not "High-Quality". In the first one I was lucid only for 3 seconds, and in the others for some minutes. I think I am regaining some of my "old-time" abilities. I don't stand too well with Dream Control, but in every LD I was able to get 2 abilities or so.
Oh, and surprisingly my recall gets better when I take naps than when I go to sleep at night.
