New Here

Hello people of this forum, I hope all of you are in good spirits today.

My name is Jason and I came here to find out more about my own ability to lucid dream. I have had many experiences that people would term as astral projection or OBE's, in and out of dreams. I have mostly induced these states in the past and I have found that I now will randomly have OBE's or lucid dreams. One of the reasons I have come to the forum is to share this ability with other people of this beautiful planet, mainly those people who feel like they have a hidden ability that they just cant seem to access.

Naturally, I am only sharing what I know worked for me, so I cannot guarantee that any methods or any advice will work for you. Just know that I will help anyone who asks for it, with the best intentions. Namaste everyone and if you have questions please ask :)

Welcome to the forum Jason!
If you wish to learn more about lucid dreaming, you have sure came to the right place.
You may want to check out the article found in the link I have provided below, it will give you a basic overview of many lucid dreaming techniques.
We don't have too much on OBE, and AP here on the forum, but if you are interested be sure to check out the "Beyond Dreaming" section here on the forum.
That is where all of the AP and OBE related topics are posted here on Dream Views.
Also, if you haven't done so already, you may want to check out some of Slash112's videos that can be found in the lower left of the Dream Views homepage.
They can give you an amazing run down on many of the different techniques that can be done to induce a lucid dream.

Thanks for your acceptance and kindness, it is something quite rare in my life. I have been checking out the Beyond Dreaming section and it seems to be were I have spent most of my time here. Thanks for the links and such and after seeing this whole website, honestly I am impressed, I used to check out the techniques about 2-3 years ago and I had some wierd feeling like I should come join this site. I intend to put up some threads with links and info about ways I have expanded my consciousness in and out of the dream world. I feel like this is a good place to talk to people who would benefit from this, because if you like it or not, your consciousness will be expanded through lucid dreaming and all that goes into it.
