Introduction Thread
Hello all.
They call me Crowskee Savvnasty. I have been intrigued by dreams and memories for as long as I can remember. I have been enamored by the complexity and intensity of our dreams, and the amazing power they have over our lives. Lately, I have noticed that I was starting to have some control over my dreams, and they were becoming more vivid. Naturally, this lead me to question things and this lead me to lucid dreaming. Being a Psychology major I think understanding this more would be greatly beneficial to developing my knowledge of the psyche. Looking forward to this. :) Woooo!!!

Welcome :)
I share the same thoughts as well, they have always intrigued me. The mind has always intrigued me.
I plan on studying psychology, too. :)
if you have any questions, feel free to PM me, PM another Dream Guide or ask on here. :content:

Good luck! Hope you have tons of LDs. Which method do you plan on using? There's plenty of tutorials on all of them.

Hi Crowskee, welcome to Dreamviews! :content: I'm enrolled in an AP psychology course for next year, and I'm very excited to be taking it. Lucid dreaming has a lot to do with the mind and how we think - it takes a certain amount of confidence and persistence to do, but it's not as hard as people think. With the right technique(s) and more background info, you'll be having more LDs in no time! Stop by the Dreamviews Wiki sometime and have a look at all the different articles when you have the time; there's lots of good stuff there.
Like erible said, don't hesitate to ask a Dream Guide or another member if you have any questions!

Thanks for the warm welcome!!!
This all seems so incredible to me, I'm really excited. Just thinking about all the possibilities and capabilities of our incredible mind is overwhelming...but a good overwhelming :) The study of the depth and complexity of our mind and imagination is one thing I'm really passionate about, and I'm sure you feel the same.
I think that I'm just going to start by writing down my dreams in my journal, dream recall yes? Then I will move forward into some meditation and awareness techniques with the ultimate goal of mastering the WILD technique. Any insights on where to start with this?
As for Psychology, the mind is truly the last frontier. Well, and space but whatever. The more I learn the more questions I have and the more thirst I have to learn more. I'm excited to be able to collaborate with some like-minded dreamlovers!!! I was hoping to maybe, eventually conduct a study through the forum for some of my classes.
Cheers,
Crowskee Savvnasty
