My progress so far
Hey guys, Its been about 10 days since iv found this site and started to practice on my recall by means of a dream journal and I must say, I am very pleased with my progress. Before I got interested in lucid dreaming I would very rarely remember my dreams upon wakening, but now I can basically remember at least one dream per night, now pushing two a night and I now it seems my dreams are allot more vivid and I am finding it easier and easier to remember more details the more I practice. Hopefully im getting close to my first lucid just thought I would share my experience so far with you guys. Thanks for reading!

You seem very optimistic, that's great! It's important to stay positive no matter how long you've been trying because the results are always worth it. I'd say if you're starting to recall at least a dream a night, start working on finding dream signs and incorporating RCs daily. Good luck to you!

Rod, welcome to DV!
You seem to have made great progress so far, and you have a good positive attitude towards lucid dreaming and improving recall. Remember not to lose your motivation if your recall stops improving, or even starts to degrade, because having confidence in yourself helps a lot, especially during dry spells.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask, or send me a private message :)

Thanks for the positive feedback guys! I will definintly start practicing with my dream signs and start to regularly do some RC's throughout the day.

Great, I'm sure you'll have your first LD in good time if you start doing that stuff and keep up the confidence and have patience :)

I'm sure you're going to be like everyone else here, and have a lucid within a week or so. Everyone does.

This is great! After awhile you might even remember 4 or 5 dreams per night. I often remember 3 per night.
