It really on depends on the person, but like Zebrah said if you could astral project WILD might be the best for you. If WILD doesn't work then move on to the other techniques and experiment with it.
Try out WILDs for a few days, coupled with a WBTB. If that doesn't work, try MILD with a WBTB. Start keeping a dream journal too, having good recall helps all around.
thanks im new to DV i can usually remember my dreams but I only decided to them down now.
Wake back to bed is a gd method to use & mantra meditation will help you remember your sleeping, lastly finger induced lucid dream technique is straight forward and easy to practice namaste.
The easiest method to lucid dream is to be a natural lucid dreamer. lol
That said, for brand new dreamers, like I was, DILD will usually be the first.
Although it sounds like the people above this post think you should try WILDing. I've tried, but haven't gotten it to work on account of me just falling straight back to sleep without thinking. Still trying to make that work.
I've always found CDFILD to be pretty easy. It's somewhat obscure, but I love it. I've only tried it twice, and it worked the second time.
Its different for everyone
ive done that without thinking i call it a simulation before a dream
WBTB's work wonders for me.
Getting up about 2 hours before your usual time, stay up for a few minutes (how long depends on you, for me it's about 30 minutes) and do nothing but question reality, read out of your dream journal, remembering your most recent dream and ask how you could have become lucid, etc etc etc.
Try to WILD and WBTB, like other people said, since you had an AP, it might be easier for you.
I recommend WBTB and MILD. Almost always works for me, and is easy for beginners to learn too.
I suggest you to try DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream).
It's easier and the only thing it requires is practice. Just remember to do your RC's (Reality Checks) everytime you see something weird, dream-like and when you will do it in dream you will realize you are dreaming.
Try using the nose plug RC. In case you don't know how to use it, plug your nose and try to breath. If you can breath you are dreaming!! :D
As easy as that.
I find other methods disturbing due to SP (Sleep Paralysis). Through you could try it out, SP is not dangerous and not everyone encounters hallucinations while paralyzed. Even if you have hallucinations during SP try not to focus on them.
Well, I wish you good luck! :PQuote:
Sleep paralysis is scary if you are scared of it. (Shockwave)
