Thanks
I don't know if this is in the right forum, but whatever.
Anyways, I just wanted to thank all of the moderators and whoever the creator of DreamsViews is. I really appreciate all the time and effort you put into created such a well constructed forum. All of these guides have helped me quite a bit, even though I'm still a beginner. I have already had one lucid dream using the free fall technique. I am hoping that my dream journal will help me attain more vivid dreams.
Thanks for all the great advice and all the great tutorials by all you members out there.
Farewell

EDIT - Do you know how to stop snoring and sleep talking because sometimes my own noises interrupt my normal dreams?

Thanks Vespara. Icedawg created dreamviews. He is no longer active but you might see posts he's made from time to time.
All of the staff on DV really do a fantastic job.
I'm not sure how to stop snoring and sleep talking. I sleep talk but it's never woken me up.

Thank you, Vespara!
I second Zebrah when he says all the staff are fantastic, as well as helpful.
As for your snoring, it's caused when the throat relaxes enough, which blocks the airway. It usually happens when you're lying on your back, because of the way the neck is positioned - if you sleep on your back, maybe you could try sleeping in a different position. :)
