Music when going to Sleep

Hey everyone, im new to Dream Views and i have a couple questions on Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection.

I like to listen to music when i sleep, real ambient mellow stuff, nothing that would wake me up. Could i listen to music and try to do a WILD and become lucid?

I would recommend listening to the real calming stuff before you do a WILD, not during it. It would definitely help if it relaxes you though. You need to be relaxed and calm to enter SP. Good luck!

Not to clash with what mancon said but i think you should give it a try. The method i came up with a mix of methods. It suits me well because its unique to me.

Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to try it :)

Definitely!
It is better and more relaxing to listen to ambient type stuff when trying to WILD.
