      Question Deja Vu

Does anyone find it weird that after they started lucid dreaming things in real life seem as tho they've already happened. Or that when something happens in life it feels like you've already dreamed about about.

You know i haven't had Deja Vu for a long time but it's pretty weird when it happens. Not sure it's connected with lucid dreaming as people who dont lucid get it alot also. Maybe it's a case that your more aware and just notice things more yet it feels like you been there before, to be honest thats a shot in the dark for me lol maybe if anyone else has noticed a difference you will soon find out but i have always had lucids etc so to me i wouldn't really be able to tell the difference from before lucid dreaming to after

I was semi-lucid in a dream once; in this dream I was at a mall with a character from a TV series, and we were hiding behind some chairs. I had this incredible feeling that I'd already dreamt about this once, and I knew everything that was going to happen. In turn, I knew where to hide, what to say, and what to do. The "last time" I was in this dream, the two of us got caught, but I understood what I did wrong. When I believed the bad guys would run down the hall in pursuit of us, they would - but this time, instead of being out in the open, we hid because I knew they'd be there! We escaped.

Then I woke up and realized that I'd never had a dream like that before, and the deja vu was all in my head.

That is one example of my experiences with deja vu. It's happened two or three other times with the same "I had this exact same thing happen before; I know what to do this time" type deal.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
