Inception lol no, when your dream just changes into a new one. No such thing as deeper dream levels.
This question has been asked a lot recently. If you can, use the search feature or look for recent posts with the same topic. ^_^
Anyways, nope, it's not possible. You can "fall asleep" in a dream and start a brand new one, in which it only seems like you've woken up into a deeper level. Dreams are linear though - once a dream ends, another one will start. They're not composed of layers, like in Inception.
You can't really get stuck in a dream for a very long time, because your REM periods are only so long. You'll eventually wake up. Saying that, sometimes you might become lucid and have poor control (some dreams are just naturally stubborn), but be unable to exit because of how the dream's been set up. Methods of exiting a dream prematurely include closing your eyes and falling backwards into darkness, forgetting all sensations around you, thinking of your real body lying in bed, or becoming over-excited. Being unable to exit isn't that big of a deal; just walk around and observe things until the dream fades. It can be a bit frustrating, but it's worth getting a crappy lucid or two in exchange for many more awesome ones, filled with flying, exploration, and other things. :)
As others have said, there are no "levels" to a dream. Only dream. You simply end one dream and begin the next.
thank you for the information guys :)
