Am i living the Lucid dream.

The name "Lucid Dream" Came to me Tru a film called Vanilla sky.
I have never really know about Lucid dreams before i descoverd the music Gengre / you can call it Ambient Chill out.
Its a new world fore me, but my life is based on hard pressure, in an artistic way. I dream. i get out of body Experiences when i sit chilling to musik, or talke a walk in the forest. "Almost like an Acid trip"
Into all this i can get Paranioa, but as times go i can controle it.
My point is. Am i Lucid Dreaming. its a question that i hope i can get an answer to.
fore 5 years ago i felt this, then it slowley dissapird. Now its here again, am i back in a Lucid Dream Codition. is there an manial or how does it work :?:

Yep there are tutorial here. You could start at the home page. Being lucid means clear of mind or thought. If you’re dreaming and aware your dreaming that constitutes a lucid dream. I saw Vanilla sky 4 times and I think the whole thing was a dream from start to finish.

Hey, dude you're not lucid dreaming. You would know that you're dreaming. And are you sure you're dreaming? Lucid dreaming is just being aware that you're dreaming...
And believe me, I'm not a dream character, I'm not your creation. I ask myself this very same question at times. I think more people should do it...

Can you tell me more about that music genre? I mean, is it mainly meant for the listeners to get OBE's and stuff like that?

There is a very fine line between lucid dreaming and meditation. I think you're more on the meditation side of things.
