Hi, im really new here and i would say that im new to the consept "LD", i'v been having Lucid Dreams for a few months now but i didn't know that they were LD's before a friend told me. He allso led me to Dreamviews, im greatfull for that.
Anyway, my real name is Sami and i live in Norway and im a guy thats really facinated by dreams and dream control.
I hope that i can contribute as much as i learn from this site and wish you all a pleasent dream!

Hi!
I have never had a lucid dream b-4 but i know about most of the types and have tryed most of them.I have also tryed to mix them but still havent succeded. :cry:
When i try to wild this is what happens to me:
go to sleep at 7:00
Wake up at or aurond 12:00
have a bite of bakers choclate and somethins a mountain dew
wait bewteen 60-90 mintuets
go to sleep bewteen 1:00 and 1:30
concrate on breathing 4 about 10 min (kinda sigh on each exhale so i concrate on the breath)
slowly while still doing the above breathing thing concrate on each part of my body from feet up 2 the head (this gives me the sensation of my feet becomeing paralized and heavy)
(I do this 2 or 3 times)
than i try to relax
i get the HI(hypnoic imiges)
P.S. : experts, u can use all the big words u want i may not have lucided b-4 but i have been studying on it and know a decent amout about lucidaty

and this only happend onece but my whole right arm felt like it was sent to a different demision
than everything stopped i couldent se HI anymore my arm still felt gone and,(i think this is why it didn't work), GOT REALLY ANOYED BECEAUSE IT IS SOMMER HERE AND MY FAN STOPPED WORKING. after this i couldent concrate i even tryed to pled with my sub-coincous to juest make me lucid ( i got my 1st HI after begging my sub-coincous 4 it)when i finaly moved it felt as if my whole right arm was slowly and painfully being re-connected to every nerve in my right shoulder! seince than i still can not get to bed juest right to enshure that i am not anoyed in the future can anyone plz tell me what im doing wrong and add any tidbits of info they can so i can lucid ? :cry:

If WILD is too hard try WBTB with a MILD. Or try an induction CD called Lucid Dreams.
