Iīm new in the LD world...
After reading a beginnerīs tutorial here in DV, i came up with a structure for my goals:
- Dream recall, with reality checks and ADA technique.
- MILD technique
I have only one doubt...whatīs people opinion on taking B6 pills?
By the way, besides B6 i would like some feedback on my "plan"

personally, supplements don't help me much. Try some b6 but do not take too much, and don't take it too frequently.
It may or may not work for you, or not, who knows.
Just have confidence in what you do and try ^_^

Welcome to Dreamviews! Instead of taking b6 pills I would just recommend eating bananas, potatoes, cereal, ect. Here is a list of foods with B6 in it: Dietary Supplement Fact Sheet: Vitamin B6.
The MILD technique is great, and I recommend you check out this tutorial by Naiya.

I take a B6 vitamin once a week or so, if I'm trying to purposely lucid dream, they work well, but arent magic.
