Why hullo there Dream Views! I am the Cartographer! And I have absolutely no clue about where to begin! I stumbled onto dreaming from Astral Projection, and thought it was really cool. I mean, everyone dreams! So why not make the best of it?

Where to begin? I would recommend Puffin's Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming. It talks about every important thing a newbie should know including: dream journaling, reality checks, and the different techniques. Go and read it!

try starting with just using a dream journal to write down all of your dreams, reality checks, etc.
