Just let yourself be at peace and relaxed with the idea that you are now in your own world. Tell yourself that you have all the time in the world and there is no need to rush. Feel whatever is around you, touch the leaves, feel the warm radiant sun against your face and the cool crisp air, feel the hard stable ground beneath your feet, smell the aroma of the air, look at the details of your hands or any other object that is near by. Once you feel relaxed and ready to lucid dream, tell yourself that you are the master of your dream and that you command your dream to serve you well, and to obey your every command until you are ready to wake up. And then just start. If you have any other questions, feel free to pm me or any of the dream guides, it's their job to help you ;)
Happy dreaming,
Atras.
