Can Anyone Help Me?
Hey everyone, I have been having SOO much dreams lately but NO Lucid ones! I wake up by myself at like 5 in the morning. I just lay there and imagine a dream scene. Soon enough, I am dreaming but I never become lucid!
This has happened 4 times and it is really annoying me. I am following the instructions, visualizing, and everything is done right. Except I DONT relize that i am dreaming.
Can anyone help me? Or tell me what I am doing wrong?

How long have you been trying? Sometimes it takes a month or more to get your first lucid dream. Just stick with it, and don't give up on one technique because you only tried it for only a couple weeks. Remember to be confident and tell yourself you will have a lucid dream. Stay patient, and good luck!

4 days is nothing. 4 months is nothing. Look me about 3 and a half months to have my first "lucid", and even that wasn't very good.
If there was one bit of advice I could give, it would be doing the work properly. Sure, anyone can visualize and imagine a dream scene, or feel confident. But your brain isn't just going to be led along with just that. If this were true, we would all have loads of skills, from just imagining it and feeling confident. That feeling is earned and worked for, same for lucid dreaming.
Put your back into reality checks, make each one count and make every hour count. With that effort comes the feeling of confidence, and with some luck it will carry you through to a lucid dream.
I doubt anyone here has come on, read a guide or two, done everything as it says, and become lucid with just that.
I wish you luck.

Sounds like your on the right track!
If you have a dream journal with all those dreams then I would consider going through them and finding some dream signs.
Once i started remembering my dream I followed a post someone put on here awhile ago and told me to find similar occurances that happens on my dreams (dream signs) and question my reality when they happen to me in real life...
for example: I have dreams where i get anxiety because a long line wont ever end. or because police are by me...now when ever that happens to me in real life i really 'REALLY' question my reality by asking if i am dreaming or awake, look around and see if anything is weird, then preform a reality check. (IMPORTANT: Reality Checks must NOT be preformed mindlessly, you must really REALLY question your reality)
Also i believe with that method(it may causes false awakenings) your using its also very effective you use reality checks everytime you wake up
Hope this helps, it did for me :)
