Every night I'll have been laying down long enough and not moving to notice that my legs feel like I cant moove them. Eventually it moves up to my arms. however I can still move them. Then when I try to fall asleep I can't because I'm so aware so I just move my arms and legs a little and let my mind wander, and unoticably fall asleep. My question is what do I do when I get to that feeling in my limbs, and if I should just keep
laying and waiting to fall asleep and just keep trying to focus on something else.
P.S.something I've just now realized though is that If you let your mind wander a
thought eventually becomes a dream, last night I was halfway into a dream when a
small cracking sound in a room got me aware that I was still in my bed. Because it was
a sound that only comes out of my room from the creaky thing the t.v. sits on. just
thought I'd share that.
