Should I be thinking about what I wanna dream, should I be thinking about nothing at all?
I would recommend listening to binaural beats right before you go bed, and just relax while repeating some mantras inside your head.
Some mantras you can use:
I will have lucid dreams tonight.
I will remember my dreams in great detail.
My dreams will be vivid.
Lucid dreaming is easy.
You don't need to think of anything, but mantras will help increase your chances of having a lucid dream. Good luck! :)
