      Binaural Beats + MILD

Is it ok to listen to Binaural beats while MILDing, or they shouldn't be mixed together?

It shouldn't matter, so long as you keep your focus at the task at hand. I know I've done the combimation before... in fact adding the binaural beats have probably helped me with recall the next morning. I find them very relaxing and helps concentration, kind of preparing you for the night.

You can do whatever you want, it could help but it could not. It's a good thing for relaxing, which MILD is easier when you are relaxed. Try it out

I got this Binaural Beats app and I tried it years ago but I always toss and turn and my headphones fall off. For once in years I try again and my dreams were a bit more vivid and better recall.

Nice! I don't have an Android nor an iPhone, so i just downloaded them from youtube. I don't think my dreams became more vivid though
