So hears my story,
My very close aunt was murdered 11 months
Ago by her fiancé and father of her 3 month old
Baby. It was a murder suicide. Since then I have
Had a couple of dreams where she is speaking to me
Her lips are moving but it's fuzzy. She was a spiritual person
And I think she maybe trying to talk with me
Does anyone think this could be true or does everyone think I'm crazy
And if she is trying to communicate how can I make her voice not fuzzy?
Please help I'm so confused and unsure?
Personally, I don't think she is trying to talk to you.
But I think it would be interesting to try and talk to her anyway, see what she has to say.
You can't hear her because the dream isn't stable enough. You need to focus on your senses and really get rooted into the dream, then listen to her. Trying to focus on her before you stabilize will normally result in the dream breaking up and you waking up.
1 word, stabilization. You need to keep your eyes open in the dream and you need to firmly say, I am dreaming, then calm yourself down as much as possible. After you are a little calmer you need to touch your surroundings even if you must hug your aunt! Just whatever you do, DO NOT close your eyes or you could trigger a false awakening and bump yourself out of your dream! Every once in a while you should repeat this or you may unintentionally pull yourself out of your dream! So just stay calm no matter what she says and remember to repeat what is above....!
