I recommend to check out the Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming, it's probably the most concise and easy to understand introduction to the main concepts of LDing.

Do you have any previous experience with Lucid Dreaming?

The evidence is overwhelming that I am a real person... although I'd better do a quick reality check! I really am glad to have found this site as I'd like to move away from using technology for Dreaming, which is why I would like to sell my CDs. Hey, do you know much about the Toltecs? Just curious. If so there's a thread you might like...

Many people say that I come very close to passing as a human. But not quite :-) Yes, I do have an interest in the Toltec Path and have attended some workshops, but that was a good few years ago. The thread sounds interesting... if you can point it to me I'd appreciate it.
