Hey SuperEgo, welcome to Dreamviews!
:welcome:
It's certainly possible to have a lucid dream anytime of the day! You can have a DILD (dream induced lucid dream) when you nap during the day or sleep at night; the same goes for WILD, DEILD, MILD, and many of the other techniques out there. To learn more about how to induce lucids and what all these acronyms stand for, you can check out the DV Wiki, which is essentially a big, organized library of information. The Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming has a basic rundown of lucid dreaming essentials, from recall to dream control, too.
If you haven't yet, start memorizing a few different reality checks and work on being more observant of what's around you, because awareness is a big part of becoming lucid - after all, "lucid" is really just another word for awareness! Also, start recording dreams you have, because this help you remember your dreams on a daily basis. Lucids can become very hard to remember if you can't recall your regular dreams.
If you have any other questions, feel free to post here or send a PM my way, or ask another DV member. There's a lot of people on the forums who are more than happy to provide answers. :)
thank you! (: I just recently found this forum by accident. Don't remember how, but its nice to know a lot of people with the same interest. I really appreciate the response (:
No problem!
And yeah, this forum is a pretty cool place - I've been glued to it for a while now, but that's probably a good thing because I've met a lot of awesome people here. :P I find it hard to find others interested in lucid dreaming outside the internet because it's not too widely-known, so this is a nice place to come and talk with people.
