Questions
Hi guys!
Sorry for my bad english, maybe I will have a mistake. But if you understand what I am saying, so answer that please.
I've just started to record my dream for some day ago, but it was not well. In some night, I could remember a lot of dream, but in another, I completely forgot my dream, and it would not come back to me anymore. In any webs I had read, they wrote that the dream will come back in daytime and we should prepare ourself, but I didn't remember anything even if I tried to remember that. And althought I remembered the dream, but it maybe not clear, so I didn't know how to writed it down. So the question is:
"How can I remember dream even if it has been completely(or not) disappeared?"
"Is it problem if I can't remember dream in one night(one night only)?"
"Can it be solved if I continue to record the dream every night?"
"What will I do if it is not clear? Write it down as a clue or what?"
I am always napping and also get a dream. so
"Do I need to record it as well?

Hey thunderring,
Basically record your dreams as much as possible, eventually you will find that you are writing longer entries. If a dream escapes you one night, don't worry, it happens to all of us. Just be persistent in your dream journaling and you will build up your recall :D
If the dream has disappeared, just try to remember, if you cant. Leave it and write in your dream journal "cannot remember" or something.
No its not a problem if you can't remember, it happens to everybody sometimes.
yes, the more you journal the more your recall will increase.
Well, try to record your dreams from naps, but... If you dont want to, dont worry.
Hope this helped.

Hi thunderring (great name!!)
Your English is not a problem - we can understand you clearly.
Don't worry if you can't remember any dreams some nights... it happens to everybody.
The important thing is, when you wake up, don't move, just lay still and keep your eyes closed. When you move your body or open your eyes you will begin to forget your dreams immediately. You want to remember them as well as you can before you start moving around and acting like you're awake.
Sometimes you'll start to remember a dream later in the day - something might remind you of it or it might just suddenly come back to you. But some days that just won't happen. Unfortunately the brain seems to have a "dream eraser" that wants to make us forget our dreams, and it's hard to beat it.
If your memory of a dream isn't clear or is fragmented or confused, just write down whatever you can. Usually once I start to really think about how to write it down, I realize I have a lot more than I thought I did - because there are feelings and ideas associated with even the fastest dream image. You might only remember seeing a tall man in a long coat, but as you start to write that you'll also remember that seeing him made you feel afraid, so write that too. You might also realize that he somehow seemed to come from your past. Write that too. Soon you;ll find you've actually written a lot about what seemed like just a tiny fragment of a dream. And also, sometimes just writing about it makes you think about it more and unlocks more memories.
Record all your dreams - from naps, fragments, anything you remember.

I love all these foreign-English speakers. They're so damn cute.
1. When you wake up, stay still and really try to remember your dreams, for at least five minutes. If this doesn't work for you, set up an alarm to wake you during your sleep. Do this for a couple days to give your memory a little push in the right direction. By interrupting your sleep spontaneously and directly, you're likely to remember something. Record what you recall and go back to sleep.
2. Not at all. You're a beginner and we all start somewhere. You're making progress everyday.
3. Yes, persistence is very important.
4. Write down anything and everything. A lot of dreams are broken into pieces, or fragments, but they're still important to record because they help with your dream recall.
5. Yes, recording all dreams is helpful for recall, no matter day or night, short or long.

Yes, thanks all of you guys.
I have another question to ask. To have Lucid Dream, we should be more lucid. So we need to practice reality check regularly in daytime. But I am always forgetting to check. So I want to ask:
"How can I check reality more regular, and get it be a habit?"
