Hello! If youre looking for info on WILDs check out the wiki. Theres sure to be a tutorial that can help you.
Welcome to DV!
Got any time to send me a link :)?
Hi Allan, and welcome to the awe-inspiring forum that is Dreamviews! :shadewink:
Definitely have a look through the DV Wiki. There's some great guides in the WILD subforum as well, including Jeff777's Free-Falling WILD Technique and Mancon's In-Depth WILD Guide.
If you need information about the more general aspects of lucid dreaming, this page gives you an overview of the different techniques and some other stuff.
Some tips I can offer for WILDing are not to focus on your body at all, and to instead just keep relaxing until you reach the point where you're almost asleep. If your mind is too active, it doesn't matter how still you are, or how long you lie there without moving. Also, keep the lighting in your room as dark as possible. If you reach SP during the WILD, your eyes might want to open on themselves. And if they end up opening to a light room, the visual stimuli can wake you right out of SP! (Not fun.)
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me or one of the other Dream Guides a PM, or post here. :)
Thank you :D
Not a problem.
Good luck with your WILD! :)
