Hi I'm new
Hey, I'm new and really have no idea what I'm doing, but I would really like to learn about this stuff. My name is Briann, which is my middle name, but I hate my first name. A friend told me about this and I look forward to learning a lot and meeting everyone:)

Heyy. I'm fairly new as well :) Most things are pretty self explanatory but if you need anything, just give someone a shout. Everyone's pretty friendly and more than happy to help, according to my experience. Happy dreaming :P

Hello, and welcome :welcome:
I promise, this new dream world is amazing. When I started to train my dream recall and lucid dreaming, I had no idea, that it would be so awesome. And this forum is a big plus! People in here are very friendly. :)
Feel free to ask questions in this forum, or send me an PM. (Probably the dream guides knows a little bit more than me, but I'm ready to help! :D )
Good luck, and have nice dream! :)

As if you haven't heard yet, welcome to the forums! Stay away from the cookies, 'cause they're mine. Follow the link Matte gave you, and I suggest starting with the DILD method as that method can usually get you into the swing of things pretty easy.
As others have said before me, we are a friendly group here and love helping eachother out. If you have any questions at all, always feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you out! :D

I'm new as well! My name is Jacob. What brings you here? What kind of goals do you have for lucid dreaming?

Hey, welcome BriannHeart.
I advise you try this structure.
Start Dream Journal (Improve Recall) > Reality Check in the day + All Day Awareness > DILD > Mantra before bed > MILD > stay still when you wake up > DEILD.

:welcome: If you need anything, feel free to send me a PM. Like most things, lucid dreaming is not as complicated as it may first appear.
