hello, my name is floris and i'm 14 years old.
i try lucid dreaming for two months now and got 1 LD :D
my first LD was the first night when i tried to lucid dream, was very short and i never had one thereafter :P.
my hobbies are parkour and making music.
i am not just a stupid kid that quits after a week :)

First of all, congratulations on your first lucid dream. Even though it was short they do get longer with more practice.
Anyway, don't worry about your English, its actually pretty good!

but my Lucid dream wasn't in ''HD'' as some people call it, i saw myself from third person view and it was a bit blurry, was this because i didn't really stabalize my LD enough?
well if its in third person...
well im no pro either, but im guessing u lost lucidity
Hey Musicdreamer, the key to LDing is determination and practice.
I advise you try this structure
This is in the order that I think is best done!
Start Dream Journal (Improve Recall) > Reality Check in the day + All Day Awareness > DILD > Mantra before bed > MILD > stay still when you wake up > DEILD.

If you're logging onto the site, make sure you check "remember me", because otherwise it will log you out after 15 minutes of being on the same page (dream journaling tends to take more than 15 minutes, so...).
