Ok so I was just introduced to this website after I spoke to vic about my attempts at lucid dreaming, which I had no idea others actually did(naive), and well I instead had an OBE which amazed me. I just wanna know more about this so yes call me a newbie :3 nyannyan!

Most of the sections are based on Lucid Dreaming, although for information on OBEs you should probably check in the Beyond Dreaming section.
I recommend reading up on all sorts of techniques and attempting to DILD/MILD if you haven't attempted to induce a Lucid Dream Before.
Keep Dream Journal to improve your recall!
