Do you need to open your eyes after you are in SP?
I've told that only then you can see hallucinations.

HH isn't just visual, so you can still hear it, and no I find I see HH on the back of my eyes so I don't think you need to open them. Most guides tell you not to focus on the HH, unless you try to manipulate them in order to transition into the dream.
Take a look at some more WILD guides and try them out to find what works best for you.

Hey Ascor, welcome to DV! :)
During sleep paralysis you can experience HH (hypnogenic hallucinations) and they can both be sounds and sights. It's different from person to person, but I don't have to open my eyes to see hallucinations. I see all kind of beautiful colors splashing around, and they sometimes transform into a beautiful landscape. I know some people experience scary hallucinations like the old hag, so I wouldn't recommend you to open your eyes during SP. But at the same time SP can very beautiful.
In SP you are stuck and at the mercy of whatever your mind throws at you. If it's hallucinations you want, go for it. If you want a lucid dream, keep your eyes closed and wait for the transition to come.
