Ok so I achieved SP last night andit felt awesome, my body wa asleep, but my mind was wide awake, the problem is that my mind stayed awake, I thought that once you reach SP you would get drowsy, but it didn't work, eventually I moved bcuz I couldnt take the feeling of wanting to move anymore, and I eventually went to sleep without SP, also one little question, once I fall asleep in SP, will I automatically have a LD?
No, you wont. You still need to transition into the dream, which some people find is the hardest part about a WILD. But don't worry, you achieved sleep paralysis which is very good progress. The transition is just the last little part, don't worry you are almost there! Keep at it!

Ok, if I still need to transition into the dream what does going into SP do that a DILD doesn't? And what do you mean by "transition"
A DILD is when you are going about a regular dream (not-lucid) then something during the dream triggers your awareness and you think "..im dreaming!" - Dream-Induced-Lucid-Dream
I assume what your trying to do with SP is WILD, not DILD, which is Wake-Induced-Lucid-Dream, where you go straight from being awake in the real world into the dream world. To achieve this your body has to fall asleep (SP) and your mind HAS to stay awake, otherwise you will just fall asleep and enter a regular dream. Seems like your on the right track though, try keep your mind awake and visualize a scene infront of you, eventually a dream will form infront of your own eyes and you can transition/step in/teleport/fall into the dream and bang, lucid.
Well with a DILD you are already dreaming when you suddenly realise that its a dream, meaning that you can come towards the end of your dream before getting lucid.Quote:

Nope. We are all in SP when we dream, we have an LD by realising we are dreaming. The technique of WILD is where you consciously enter the dream, you lay still enough to enter SP and proceed to transition into the dream. It's a tough technique so don't be annoyed about being 'too awake' to progress, it takes alot of practice for most people.Quote:

Check out some WILD guides if you want to LD that way, if not try looking into DILD which is where you realise you are dreaming, within the dream!
