Here I am
Hello,
this is a white fox, 35 old boy, from Italy. I am in Lucid dreams since 4 years, but i started 6 weeks ago to take it seriously :panic: . I hope I'll have often lucid dreams soon :cheeky:
For now I have about 2 / 3 Lucid dreams per months... not enough for me :shadewink:
I start now in this forum, let me have a look around.:fly:

Welcome, whitefox!
Start yourself up a Dream Journal, and make yourself at home. Always nice to have another natural around here. And with 2-3 lucids per month, it looks like you have some pretty good experience under your belt, already. Looking forward to hearing some of your experiences!

Welcome! That count should go up pretty quickly with some dedication and determination :) If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask!

Hey whitefox! :welcome:
Its awesome that you can already have 2 - 3 lucids per month. I wish I could achieve that. :panic: Anyway, take a look around. There is plenty of information on the wiki and the various articles we have. :)
Cheers!

Welcome! You are definitely doing good without taking it seriously. Once you get going, that 2-3 a month will soon be 2-3 a week, easily.

Hello sir! Welcome to Dreamviews!
Make sure you keep a dream journal like Oneironaut said. It is more helpful than you think. It might seem like a chore at first but is very much worth it!
One great tip is to keep your confidence up when you don't get lucid or not as much as you used to. Keeping good confidence in yourself will keep you going through the worst of dry spells. Be sure you check out the wiki ! Lots of great information there and even some tutorials!
Post on here if you have any more questions! We don't bite! ;) You can also PM me if you have some questions as well! God luck to you sir!

Hi there my friend,
Glad you've joined DV. Hope you have a fun stay here. It would be a great start if you start increasing your dream recall because it's one of the basic foundations in Lucid Dreaming. Try reading this dream recall tutorial. You should also get yourself a Dream Journal to write down your dreams and to aid you in increasing your dream recall. Don't forget to read http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-116237/ , it's a must read.
The thing here is patience and confidence. Practice daily and don't get turned off when you get no result in your first try, some folks take 2 weeks or even up to 1 month to have their firstLD. I'm sure that if you continue in attempting to LD, you'll be a natural in no time. If you've got questions, feel free to ask by either posting a thread or asking any dream guide(title given to a person expert in LDing) in this Dream Guide list. Hope this helps. :)
