Hey guys thanks for replying I'll try with MILD/DILD like you guys said! I did MILD last night, had a banana before I went to bed. Woke up around 3:30 in the morning and appeared as If I had a FA but I wasn't very aware and fell back asleep. I set my alarm for like 2:30 so i know it wouldnt take an hour to wake me up but, thats progress right :D?
Edit : Yeah I've been trying for WILDs around 2-3 months in a row like every night and haven't had 1 LD from that so, those are definitly the hardest lol
