Hai! ^^; I'm SaSS and I'm a newb to these fourms.

I've always been curious about lucid dreams, and my curiosity peaked back in September when I had (I think) my first lucid experience. It wasn't a warm and fuzzy experience though, and it has somewhat plagued me the past month as to the possible meanings behind my dream. Once I figure out the correct place to post my experience, I would greatly appreciate any thoughts and/or input on the matter as the whole thing has made me hesitant to attempt lucid dreaming again, even though I'm so very curious about it.

Hi there. If you're curious about lucid dreaming you're definitely on the right track and you shouldn't be demotivated by a single dream. But some advice on the matter probably couldn't hurt.
You can post your dreams on to the site intern dream journal here: http://www.dreamviews.com/blog_post.php?do=newblog
Then you can simply make a thread in general lucid discussion or the likes, asking for some opinions or advice on the matter.

Glad you've joined DV. I'm sure you'll have a fun stay here. Have you already gotten yourself a dream journal? It's a must have to aid you in recalling your dreams. I have to say I'm not a happy bunny ._. I just spent about a half hour typing my Dream Journal and all of a sudden the page logs me out and when I log back in again everything's dissapeared..

Well you should make a habbit of copying the text you're about to send of. In case something like that happens.
Or in case you use FireFox you might want to use Lazarus, which saves all typed texts automatically, crash-safe.

I usually type long winded essays out on Microsoft Word before I post them, but for some reason or another, I didn't this time round. Silly SaSS.. I'm going to have to investigate this Lazarus though! Thank you very much for the advice ")

When you log in, make sure you click "Remember Me" box, that way you won't b logged out automatically.

:welcome: Looks like the section you are looking for is dream interpretation. However, you should know that most dreams are completely meaningless, and even if there is a meaning, only a well trained psychologist who really knows you can interpret because different things mean different things for everyone.

Like ninja said, the dream interp section is where you'd wanna go.
And with meanings of dreams, actually, you can interpret them with whatever the events/symbols mean to you in the dream. There's not really a universal meaning behind things, it's more personal
