      Question Troubles and solutions.

Hey everybody. I'm a newbie here working on having my first lucid gathering advice. What was the hardest thing for you learning how to lucid as a beginner and how did you solve this problem. Thanks!

The hardest thing for me was learning to WILD.

      1) Do not try to WILD before going to bed. Naps work sometimes. The best time is after previous sleep.

      2) Don't focus too much on the fact that you are WILDing. That will distract you.

      3) Remember you are trying to fall asleep. Don't get over excited.

If you have any specific questions please ask

My hardest task is to stay in the dream after turning lucid. Still haven't solved that fully.

Thanks a bunch! Although I think I'll start off with some simpler techniques. I'll keep that in mind though.

Hardest problem to get over was learning to do RCs throughout the day even when I'm distracted like at school. Took me like 3 days to learn that

Hardest thing for me was to find out that lucid dreams exist. If you are a noob, don't worry, you can do it! I got my first lucid dream on a first try after all day of reading this site. Just read as much as you can - posts, DV wiki tutorials, and believe in yourself. I would recommend you try MILD/WBTB/DILD. Happy dreams.

Remembering to do reality checks throughout the day was the hardest. I'm still not that great at it. But it's better
