      WILD?

      can u induce a WILD when going to sleep the first time? or do u have to get sleep first then try?

      I think he's asking if it's possible to succeed in WILD when going to sleep in the evening. Some claim that it's possible, but I don't really think so. At least it's really really hard, if not impossible, because the first REM-periods start after 90 mins of sleep, and you can't really get lucid outside of them, can you?

      I'm not a pro at these things though, but it's either impossible or extremely hard. So I'd recommend sleeping that 5-6 hours first, and then trying WILD.

      I'd say its possible. But very difficult... Why would they say you should sleep 5-6 hours before if it didn't have any difference?
      Lucid dreams: 12 (woke up too early on each)
