Hey all, Quick question first time trying Lucid dreaming
Hey after finding out this website yesterday I spent hours reading all about how to lucid dreaming, When it came too actual sleeping I could not sleep, I finally zoned out at about 6am, but every time I closed my eyes a million thoughts kept going through my head and Ill keep freaking out and opening my eyes stopping myself from sleeping and I'm not sure why. When I finally got too sleep I only find myself getting woke up by my dad, I must of started screaming in my sleep and also I woke up standing up on the other side of the room and I did not know wtf was going on too as why I was standing up on the other side my room
Right now Ive had roughly 30min of sleep total and cant get too sleep, Is it common too experience paranoia when trying to lucid dream for the first time.
