New to LDing!
Hello, I'm new to all this stuff! I've been trying it for a few weeks but have just succeed with two sleep paralyses which was really cool. I can't remember exactly what happened when I go the first one, but I had my second SP few days ago.
I was dreaming about something and i realized it was very illogical so I woke up and directly got a sleep paralysis and right after it I woke up.
I usually just lie still in the bed, trying to ignore everything that happens and try not to focus on anything but after a while I either can't lie still anymore or I'm starting to get more awake and can't continue relaxing.
I've also tried to set the mobile to alarm after 5 hours, It usually takes 30min to 1 hour for me to get asleep. But when i wake up it feels like my logical mind is awake and I just want to fall asleep again, but in the morning I can remember that I wasn't really awake and need to do something to wake it up.
Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to DV! If you're having that hard a time falling asleep, then perhaps it would be best to give WILD a rest for now. I'd try inducing dreams by DILD or MILD. WBTB is a great way of achieving lucids if you can fall asleep quickly again.
The more you long for a lucid dream, and daydream about having one, the higher your chances are of achieving lucidity. Believe in yourself and you'll have one pretty soon. You should check out the DILD and MILD tutorials and try each of them out for a few weeks. Persistence will pay off eventually and you'll have one soon :)
If you should end up in Sleep Paralysis again, make sure you don't move. Relax and go with the flow, you'll end up in a dream eventually or you might even induce one by visualizing something. Activate your sense of touch and sight mainly to root yourself to that dream and you're off!
If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask!

I will look into the other methods, and when i get sleep paralysis I am very relaxed and I am going with the flow. But still it just wakes me up after a while, and while I'm having sleep paralysis i feel like i'm awake and can't sleep right now.

I think if you try a few more times you'll get it right. And also, don't give up even though it feels like you might aswell do it. What often happens when you decide to give up is that you end up in a FA.

It is tricky to find the right balance between keeping yourself awake and letting yourself drift into a dream. It takes a lot of practice. What do you think about? What is your mind doing while you are lying still? Try a mental exercise like counting breaths or visualizing something.
