      Does it matter?

Does sleep need to be in one big chunk or just a certain amount over a 24hou period?

I have a reall hectic schedule, I usually can get 9-10 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period, but I rarely sleep more than 4 hours in one time. I almost always sleep at the same time so my sleep schedual is constant.

      Hey,
we all wake up for short periods of time during sleep, alot of us just don't realise or remember.
Do you have trouble getting back to sleep? Maybe you shouldn't think too much about why you are awake and just fade off, like in the morning when you have to do something but the bed just feels so damn comfortable!
