dreaming ?!
i have a huge problem here ....
i always remember that when i was young i had some kind of lucid dream everyday ... i started thinking about some cartoon that i really liked before sleeping then suddenly im in that world .. i dont remember that i was fully conscious but at least i knew what i was dreaming about
4 days ago i started realizing that i wanted to dream and that i never have one .. in fact the last time i remembered what i dreamed about was many years ago ... my maximum was remembering if i was happy or sad and that barely happens once every 2 months or so
so what do you suggest i do to be able to recall dreams and be able to lucid dream because trying the last 3 days got me nothing .. even when i sometimes wake at night for toilet or sth i dont have enough consciousness to try recalling anything to make a journal :/

The best thing for you to do is to maintain a sleep schedule. The largest factors of dream recall are consistent sleep schedules, the amount of sleep you get, and stress. For me, to get at least decent recall, I have to get about 8 hours sleep. Sometimes I also nap during the day (2-4 times a week). These naps are usually 1-2 hours, rarely 3 (so that's about 10 hours/day all up). To combat stress, I would recommend meditation.

oh if its about having enough sleep , so no i never sleep more than 8 hours a day .... but most of the time i sleep about 6 :D
so i'll try to get enough sleep for the next few days and see what happens :D
