      Dream Journal

The thing is when i decited to start writing dream journal i saw like 5 dream per night and remembered them all well. But now over a week later i haven't had ANY memories of seeing a dream past 3 days.

I'm not stressed or anything like that, but I have been super tired. Does that have something to do with it?

If you're exhausted you often don't dream much, don't worry Some weeks you dream less and some more.

Hmm, have you been over-sleeping? Sometimes you become more tired when you sleep more. It's not necessarily that you're dreaming less, it's just that your recall might be down if you've made drastic changes to your sleep schedule/amount that you're sleeping.

i think i have slept the right amount but definitely not too much. School has been kinda ruff so maybe i'm just too exhausted as Matte87 said. Sleep schedule has changed a little but it hasn't been a problem before.

      Hi there my friend,
It's pretty natural to have your dream recall be affected by real life stress. So you don't really have to worry. I bet your dream recall will return again sometime later. Hope this clarifies it
