Help with DILD?
I'm going to try to DILD tonight, but from previous experience with just my normal dreams, either I'm completely forgetting them, or something else. Sometimes I'll fall asleep and not believe I've dreamed anything as if it's just been black for like a minute, before I wake up in the morning.
How do I realise I'm dreaming if during the time of the dream if I can't even see it..? If that makes any sense haha

Mantras work, (sometimes) (MILD). Try taking some b6 or apple juice. It helps if you practice SAT

Hi there my friend,
I think the problem here is you dream recall . Before you practice the DILD method, you must first improve your dream recall. It's one of the most important elements in lucid dreaming. You can't remember any dream because your dream recall isn't really that good or well-maintained my friend. But there's a way to fix this. The moment you wake up from sleep, don't move a muscle. Just lie there and remain still. That's the time you attempt to recall your dreams. Also, be sure to get yourself a Dream Journal to jot down your past dreams. And just like what n00bf0rlyf3 said, Apple Juice also improves your dream recall and your dream's vividness. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions :)
