      i am excited to enter sleep paralysis tonight when i take my nap i want to have an OBE i will try either the open mouth technique or the sinking technique.

      the open mouth technique involves opening you;re mouth to exit you;re body and enter you're non physical bedroom you open you're mouth taking deep breaths but not to deep that it breaks the paralysis if you are ready you should exit you're body,
