No idea where I'm at
So it's been awhile since I've practiced anything related to lucid dreaming just because I've been so busy with school. But I have questions about my current situation about dream recall.
Lately my dream recall hasn't been the best... as I haven't been recording anything in my journal for probably a good month now. Usually I wake up without remembering anything about my dreams, but when I notice an object or a person that was in the dream, the dream vaguely comes back.
I had a specific dream a few weeks back that reminded me of lucid dreaming, how getting excited can cause you to get kicked out of your dream. Well, the dream I had involved 2 girls under a storm trying to find shelter. They enter a room somehow and there was another woman in the room. The woman comments about how wet their shirts are and I guess in my mind I may have figured where this was going then all of a sudden I woke up.
At this moment I am pretty confused. I kind of expected this lucid dream thing to be kinda easy but I don't seem to be getting anywhere(or so I believe). So I was hoping someone could shed some light about where I'm at now in terms to controlling lucid dreams and whatnot and perhaps give me a few tips of what I can do to improve at this point.
Thanks

Keep writing down dreams. Get psyched up about lucid dreaming. Enjoy girls taking of their wet shirts.
That's about it. Consistency is the key. Good luck.

Take a look at what you are doing, is your...
Recall good?
Technique done properly?
Have you tried other techniques and how long have you been trying for?
